Current situations are unsettling and uncertain - lets all unite together during these times to support and care.

The following is a weekly schedule of Children's Yoga (and adults if this also interests you), available to everyone and anyone via the program ZOOM. I would like to offer a sliding scale of payment for these sessions, as just like myself, many across the globe have been financially stung by the impact of Covid-19. Payment for sessions is as follows: 

KIDS CLASSES

I leave it you to be true to yourself in your heart about where you place yourself on the payment scheme, and I hope you understand that I am unable to offer this free at this time. Please email me if you would like to join, and the zoom code and payment info will be sent over. 

MONDAY:  7.45 -8.45pm 'RELAX AND RESTORE'

TUESDAY: 11.15 am KIDS YOGA! 

WEDNESDAYS: 5.30-6.30pm. HATHA FLOW. 

Class Descriptions. 

Relax and Restore:

A gentle approach to Hatha Yoga with additional emphasis on meditation/ mindfulness and a long Savasana to finish. Grab a blanket! 

HATHA FLOW: 

A typical teaching for me- a little more energy, with invigorating flow, some emphasis on subtle strengthening and resilience, finsihed with guided meditation Savasana. All levels welcome!

All sessions are UK time, but all welcome across the globe!
